Your customers order and see your menu from a QR code on the table — on your café's own branded website, with a built-in every-10th-coffee-free stamp card. Nothing for them to download. And no commission on your sales, ever.
Scan with your phone camera. You'll be ordering at Table 7 of our demo café, Wattle & Stone, in about ten seconds. Nothing to install.
Every table gets its own printed code — we supply them ready to laminate.
Your full menu with sizes, milks, extras and notes — priced exactly how you set it.
On any tablet — table number, name, order and notes. Tap it through new → preparing → ready.
Your name, your colours, your menu — not an app's brand in front of yours. Price change or new special? One message to us and it's live the same day.
No new hardware — orders arrive with a ding. Flick the last croissant to sold-out and it greys on every phone in the room, instantly.
Every 10th coffee free, tied to their mobile — automatic. Your regulars become your list, not an app's.
Built and supported here in Adelaide by a father-and-son team. You ring us, a person answers.
Take a cut of every single sale — typically 2–7% — and put their brand between you and your customers.
Tie ordering to their hardware, their look and their ecosystem. Leaving later is expensive.
One flat monthly fee. Your brand. Your customer list. A local human on the phone. No commission, no lock-in.
Fifteen minutes, we bring everything. Then we build it with your real menu and you trial it for a week. If it doesn't earn its keep, it comes off the tables.

Wattle & Stone is our fictional demo café — the ordering system behind it is the real product. demo.lotushosting.org
Ask for permission, small: "Can I show you something on your counter? Fifteen seconds to set up, and I'll buy a coffee while I do it." Buy the coffee. Put the tablet down facing them, counter screen open.
Hand them page 1: "Scan that square with your camera — no app, it's just a website."
Let them drive: they're at Table 7 of a fake café. "Order a flat white — pick your milk, chuck an extra shot on it, put a note on it."
The ding. Turn the tablet around: their name, their order, their table, their note. Tap "Start" → "Mark ready". Say nothing for a second — let it land.
The sold-out trick: Menu tab → flick Almond Croissant off → "refresh your phone." Watch it grey out. "That's the 8am someone-orders-the-last-croissant problem, gone."
The loyalty close: show the stamp card on their confirmation screen. "Every 10th coffee free — and the list of regulars is yours, not an app's. You can tell them about the winter menu."
Ask for the menu, not the sale: "Email me your menu and I'll have your version of this live within the week — free trial, no lock-in. If it doesn't pay for itself, I take the codes off the tables myself."
Tap the grey "Reset demo" button at the bottom of the counter screen — clears their orders and stamps so the next café gets a fresh slate.
